How to play
Each round spins a decade of college hoops — the 1950s through the 2010s — and hands you a small pool of real, retired legends from it. You draft five, one per position: point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center. Every round is locked to the position you actually need, not a free-for-all for the highest stat line. A limited number of rerolls are available if a spin leaves you with nothing that fits. Once your five are set, a 27-game regular season and a five-game single-elimination national tournament play out automatically.
Positional balance actually matters here
Most games in this genre have no positional restrictions and no synergy scoring — the fastest path to a high score is stacking the single highest raw stat total every round. Here, each of the five rounds is locked to a real position, and every completed lineup earns a named "Elite Spacing" or "Twin Playmakers" bonus, or a "Usage Conflict" or "Poor Era Fit" penalty — a real, transparent reason for the result.

Is there a salary-cap mode or a difficulty setting?
Yes — Salary Cap mode. Toggle it on the welcome screen before you start drafting and every player gets a salary based on their overall rating; you must build all five positions, point guard through center, under a fixed $145M cap, so you cannot simply take the highest-rated card at every spin. There is no separate difficulty slider — the cap is the harder challenge, and Classic mode (no budget) is the default.
Which players are in the pool?
Only retired, historical college legends — names, positions, and eras that are public facts. No current college athletes appear, and there are no team logos, marks, or player likenesses.
Is there a Daily Challenge and leaderboard?
Yes. Everyone who plays 32-0 on the same day gets the exact same sequence of draft options, and you can submit your result to a live, public leaderboard — no account required. It runs on its own separate board.
Can I compare my draft directly against a friend's?
Yes. Every run generates a shareable seed. Enter someone else's seed on the welcome screen and you'll be put through the exact same sequence of draft options they had — make the same picks for a mirror match, or different picks for a real head-to-head.
Do I need to create an account to play?
No. There is no signup, login, or account of any kind. Open the page and start drafting. Your run in progress, your completed-run history, personal best, and flawless count all save automatically to your browser's local storage — nothing is sent to a server unless you choose to submit a Daily Challenge result to the leaderboard.
When does the Daily Challenge reset?
At midnight UTC. Everyone who loads 32-0 on the same UTC calendar day gets the identical sequence of draft options and can submit that run to the same day's leaderboard, so the comparison is fair — nobody has a randomly easier or harder pool of legends to choose from.
Can I play more than once a day, or replay old Daily Challenges?
You can start a fresh, unlimited random draft as many times as you want — only the Daily Challenge itself is locked to one shared seed per UTC day. There is currently no archive of previous days' Daily Challenges to replay; the seed changes at UTC midnight and the old one is gone. Your own last 50 completed runs stay saved locally, though.
Can I share or export my result?
Yes, as text, not an image. Tapping Share uses your device's native share sheet (or copies to your clipboard on desktop) with your record, grade, and seed included, so a friend can either read your result or load your exact seed and try to beat it. There is no downloadable image or screenshot export built in yet.
Does 32-0 work on mobile?
Yes. It is a responsive browser game that runs in any modern mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) with no app to download and no install required. Drafting, the season sim, and the leaderboard all work on a phone the same as on desktop.
How does the chemistry and scoring system actually work?
Each drafted five gets scored on real basketball fit, not just raw stat totals: era compatibility, positional spacing, and usage overlap between your picks. A well-built roster earns named bonuses like Elite Spacing or Twin Playmakers; a poorly-fit one takes named penalties like Usage Conflict or Poor Era Fit. Are these real players, or made-up archetypes?
Real, named, retired college basketball legends — not fictional archetypes. Every pool is drawn from a specific decade, the 1950s through the 2010s, and the ratings behind each player are built from their actual public career statistics and accomplishments. No current college athletes, team logos, or trademarked marks are used.
